CALL FOR PAPERS for the International Days of Legal and Institutional History held this year at Arras on 11 and 12 May 2018. The Society for the Legal and Institutional History of Flanders, Picardy and Wallonia has selected as theme for the upcoming colloquium the “Construction and deconstruction of territories from Antiquity to Brexit”. Applications may be sent in French, Dutch and English. CALL FOR PAPERS voor de Internationale Dagen van de Geschiedenis van Recht en Instituties dat dit jaar plaatsvindt in Atrecht op 11 en 12 mei. Als thema voor deze editie heeft de Vereniging voor de Geschiedenis van het Recht en de Instituties van Vlaanderen, Picardië en Wallonië gekozen voor de “Constructie en deconstructie van territoria van de Oudheid tot Brexit”. Inzendingen mogen opgesteld worden in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels. Arras, 11-12 mai 2018

Les journées internationales d'histoire du droit et des institutions auront lieu cette année à Arras,  les 11 et 12 mai 2018, à l'invitation de Monsieur Pascal Hepner de l'Université d'Artois et  de la section française.

Le thème qui a été retenu par le bureau de la Société, est le suivant :

"Construction et déconstruction des territoires de l'Antiquité au Brexit".

Ce thème principal permet d'envisager des communications sur des sujets nombreux : frontières terrestres et maritimes, juridictions, ressorts coutumiers, limites linguistiques, régionalisme et nationalisme juridique mais aussi transports et flux commerciaux et humains, bannissement et extradition etc.

Les interventions peuvent être faites en français, en néerlandais ou en anglais.

Les participants seront accueillis les vendredi 11 mai et le samedi 12 mai 2018 à la citadelle d'Arras. Un programme détaillé et un formulaire d’inscription seront envoyés ultérieurement.
